One of the topics discussed was about Company Products. It was explained that our pride should not be focused on the size of the company and the famous products that the company sells. Products are just a medium for business. Products are a medium to channel public funds into the company.

The formulation of all Output Targets in the Company is fixed. What is different is the size of the success indicators (KPIs). The Main Function of each Work Unit (Resource) is fixed: Marketing, Sales, Production, IT, F&A, HC, Audit, etc. It's like a doctor's profession. Each specialist has a different scope of work even though it is in the same area, namely in the human body. And each specialist has a list of work outputs that will be the same.

KPI (Key Performance Indicators) is a target measure of the success of each Work Output in the Job Description which is a tangible form of usefulness or SOLUTION that must be produced by each HR in their respective positions. The formulation of the list of work outputs has no business meaning or Business Value or Capital if it is not accompanied by the KPI target.

All WORK UNITS are MIDDLE MANAGEMENT level or Middle Management or Executing Management or Execution Management of all targets or KPIs that have been set by the board of directors. Performance Governance in Middle Management must use the KPI Target Execution Management Model which focuses on the Governance of the strategy for achieving the Performance Output of each Work Unit.

The term "MBO" (not MBO Model) can be used to develop a PERFORMANCE HIRARCH STRUCTURE geared directly to the Company's Business Mission.

In line with the concept of Human Capital which says that every HR (which is one of the most important resources for the Company's Business) is presented, given a REMUNERATION package and developed by the Company in order to be able to provide business-valued PERFORMANCE right for the Company's Business Mission. This means that the company has invested a number of INVESTMENT VALUES in HR by presenting and employing HR in the Company so that in this case the Company is entitled to get a Return on Investment (ROI). If HR has not provided ROI in the form of Business Value according to the target, it can be said that the Company is experiencing losses in terms of Business Value provided by HR.

The "MBTR" Leadership Model has a clear and clearly patterned structure of work steps, so it is quite easy to evaluate the Leader's ability to carry out the "MBTR" Leadership practice in the Work Unit. So, the skills of using the "MBTR" Leadership Model can be used as Evaluation Material for all Heads of Work Units.

Every business must have a Highest Target that wants to be realized, commonly called VISION. VISION is a big imagination at some point in time that wants to be realized and usually wants to be the best, most successful, largest, choice, and so on. To achieve the VISION, the company must perform MISSION which contains a series of performance targets to realize the company's VISION. So every Business Company must have a BUSINESS VISION and MISSION.
